If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number, and the message you send — including any package or destination you mention. Telephone enquiries are handled by the Colombo trip desk in the ordinary course of business.
We use contact details to reply about holidays, dates, and quotes. We do not sell mailing lists. We do not run an online account or payment page on this site, so we do not store card numbers here.
